dEPOSIT FEE
The money will cover to buy any needed materials to make the commission. This will also cover the time I will put in when I start working on your commission. The biggest reason for having a deposit fee is this gives me piece of mind in knowing that you are serious about commissioning.
A deposit fee is taken out of the initial price of the entire commission. For example: If the commission piece cost $250.00 then $50,00 would be the deposit fee, and you pay the rest ($200.00) once the piece is finished. Deposits are non refundable, mainly because the deposit are suppose to cover the time I spent working on the piece until completion.
APPROVAL PROCESS
To make sure you get everything you want for your commission, I have set up an approval process. This means I will walk you through your commission with approval. I will send you photos of the process once everything is approved I move on to the next step. This way you know EXACTLY what you are getting without all the guess work.
Shipping
All completed work is shipped promptly via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact me before making your purchase to confirm availability.
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. While I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or issues with the postal service, I can help with opening claim through the post office . Though I do not offer re-dos on commissions once shipped, I may provide a discount on a new order as a gesture of apology for postal service-related issues.
ALTER FEE
An alteration fee applies to any changes requested after a piece is completed but before it is shipped. You may request up to two rounds of revisions after receiving the proof at no extra cost. Additional changes beyond that will incur a fee. These fees are typically low for minor adjustments but may increase depending on the complexity of the work. Please note that some pieces may not be eligible for alterations, and I’ll let you know if that’s the case based on your specific artwork.
returns
I carefully package and ship each piece to prevent any damage during transit. If your artwork does arrive damaged, please take a photo immediately and email it to me at splconte@gmail.com. I am committed to 100% customer satisfaction and will address all requests before shipping. However, please understand that once a commissioned order has been placed and shipped, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
